What JK Biz Ops is

JK Biz Ops finds the work that eats your week and moves it off your desk. It starts with 15 minutes on the phone. Two days later you have the first fix in writing: the tool, the plan tier your size needs, the monthly cost, the first step. No charge.

The $499 assessment goes deeper. One recorded 45 minute call about your whole week, then a blueprint built for your business: every task worth handing off, the hours each one eats, the top three priced in dollars, and the order to fix them in. If the blueprint finds fewer than 5 hours a week, you get every dollar back and you keep the blueprint.

If you want the fixes installed, that is a second decision at a fixed price quoted from your blueprint, and the $499 comes off it. About two weeks, one page of instructions per system, 30 days of text support after handoff.

Who it is for

Owner-run businesses with a team, where the same tasks come around every week: quotes, intake, follow-up, scheduling, reports. Trades, agencies, professional offices, wholesalers, e-commerce. If you can name a task someone does every week by hand, the call is worth 15 minutes.

How this works in practice

Nothing is billed by the hour and every number is written down before you say yes to it. You describe your week. I do the setup. Every login, document, and system built for you is in your name, and I do not keep access after handoff.
