Privacy policy
This site is run by JK Biz LLC, trading as JK Biz Ops (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions? Email jared@jkbizops.com.
What we collect
Only what you give us and a little about how the site is used:
- Contact details you send — your name, email, and phone number when you email us or book a call, plus anything you write in that message.
- Booking details — when you schedule the free call, our scheduling provider records the time you picked and the contact details you enter.
- Payment details — if you buy the assessment, our payment processor collects your card details and billing information directly. We never see or store your card number.
- Anonymous usage stats — we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that counts page views and general traffic. It does not build a profile of you, track you across other sites, or store data that identifies you.
- Error reports — if part of the site breaks in your browser, the error message, the page address, and your browser type are emailed to us so we can fix it. Nothing you type into the site is included.

Recorded calls
Our calls are recorded, video and audio — both the free 15 minutes and the paid assessment call — so that what we write for you comes from what you actually said. We tell you at the start of the call and ask you to agree before recording starts. If you would rather not be recorded, say so and we will take written notes instead; it changes nothing about what you get.
Recordings are made in Google Meet and stored in our Google Workspace account. The recording of the paid assessment call is shared with you afterward. Recordings are never published, sold, or used in marketing without your written permission. We keep them while we are working together and for a reasonable period afterward for our records; ask us to delete yours and we will.
Why we use it
To reply to you, schedule and hold the call, deliver your first fix and blueprint, and understand which pages people find useful. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the business. They process this data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:
- Cal.com — booking and managing calls.
- Stripe — taking payment for the assessment. Your card details go to Stripe directly.
- Jotform — the contact and intake forms.
- Vercel — website hosting and its cookieless analytics.
- Resend — the emails this site sends.
- Google Workspace — our email, calendar, and the Google Meet calls and recordings.
If we add or change a provider, this list is updated here.
Cookies
The site itself sets no tracking or advertising cookies, and our analytics is cookieless. If you open the booking calendar, that provider may set cookies needed to run the booking widget.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details and call notes for as long as we are working together and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Ask us any time to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
Email jared@jkbizops.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated date below.
